Common questions
What happens after the free 7-day trial?+
It simply stops typing. There's no card on file and nothing to cancel — if you want to keep it, subscribe from your dashboard; if not, you owe nothing and do nothing.
Is there a setup or implementation fee?+
No. Installation is included — we remote in and set up your station with you, usually the same day you sign up. There is nothing to pay before the trial and nothing extra when you subscribe.
Do I have to sign a contract?+
No. Every plan is month to month, billed monthly, and you can cancel from your dashboard at any time. Annual billing is optional — pay for ten months, get twelve — and you can stay monthly for as long as you like.
How is my price decided?+
By your typical daily e-script volume, nothing else. The prices on this page are the prices — no quote, no negotiation, no per-Rx charges on top.
Does it work with my pharmacy system?+
RxAuto works inside the major pharmacy management system it supports today, and auto-detects your setup during install. Ask us about yours before the trial.
Is my patient data safe?+
Everything runs on your station. Patient identifiers — names, dates of birth, addresses, contact details — never leave the pharmacy. What does leave is a de-identified record of what was typed, so we can measure accuracy for you; the security page lists every outbound call.
What if I exceed my daily Rx cap?+
The counter resets at midnight, your pharmacy's local time — a calendar day, not a rolling window. If you hit the cap, RxAuto pauses but you keep working in your pharmacy system as normal. Upgrade in your dashboard to lift it.
Can I switch plans?+
Yes, any time. Prorated automatically.
What happens if RxAuto crashes?+
Nothing breaks. Each prescription is its own atomic transaction. If anything fails, nothing gets written. You keep working in your pharmacy system normally.
