What happens after the free 7-day trial?+
It simply stops typing. There's no card on file and nothing to cancel — if you want to keep it, subscribe from your dashboard; if not, you owe nothing and do nothing.
Does it work with my pharmacy system?+
RxAuto works inside the major pharmacy management system it supports today, and auto-detects your setup during install. Ask us about yours before the trial.
Is my patient data safe?+
Everything runs on your station. Patient data never leaves the pharmacy. The only network calls are license validation + software updates.
What if I exceed my daily Rx cap?+
The cap is a rolling 24 hours, not midnight reset. If you hit it, RxAuto pauses but you keep working in your pharmacy system as normal. Upgrade in your dashboard to lift it.
Can I switch plans?+
Yes, any time. Prorated automatically.
What happens if RxAuto crashes?+
Nothing breaks. Each prescription is its own atomic transaction. If anything fails, nothing gets written. You keep working in your pharmacy system normally.
