Conservative on purpose: hand-typing an e-script takes 60–90 seconds (patient, drug, sig, quantity, days, price); approving an RxAuto-typed one takes 5–10. We count only 45 seconds saved per prescription, 26 working days a month. Plans by volume: Pilot ≤ 50/day, Growth ≤ 150/day, Standard ≤ 300/day, Pro unlimited.
Common questions
What happens after the free 7-day trial?+
It simply stops typing. There's no card on file and nothing to cancel — if you want to keep it, subscribe from your dashboard; if not, you owe nothing and do nothing.
Does it work with my pharmacy system?+
RxAuto works inside the major pharmacy management system it supports today, and auto-detects your setup during install. Ask us about yours before the trial.
Is my patient data safe?+
Everything runs on your station. Patient identifiers — names, dates of birth, addresses, contact details — never leave the pharmacy. What does leave is a de-identified record of what was typed, so we can measure accuracy for you; the security page lists every outbound call.
What if I exceed my daily Rx cap?+
The counter resets at midnight, your pharmacy's local time — a calendar day, not a rolling window. If you hit the cap, RxAuto pauses but you keep working in your pharmacy system as normal. Upgrade in your dashboard to lift it.
Can I switch plans?+
Yes, any time. Prorated automatically.
What happens if RxAuto crashes?+
Nothing breaks. Each prescription is its own atomic transaction. If anything fails, nothing gets written. You keep working in your pharmacy system normally.
